We are looking to employee sales and marketing driven and customer -facing customer care and sales representatives who can sell company products and services to customer using, convenient persuasion and can maintain positive relationship to ensure future sales.
Duties and responsibilities
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Work Closely with procurement department and operations.
Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market
Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
Analyze and creates a plan for engaging the target market
Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement
Make product appeal to the target market
Train other sales people in the art of selling
Contribute to the execution of marketing and annual sales plan
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
Conduct market research on rival products.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
Answer client queries about product specifications and uses.
Maintaining client relations.
Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Identification of AC (Air conditioner) project and customers
Follow up and execution of AC PROJECTS
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong closing skills.
Ability to present multiple product lines.
Pro-active and good listener.
Great written and verbal communication skills.(English and Somali)
Attention to detail
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications for wholesaler
A degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or a related field would be advantageous
Minimum 3 years of Experience in sales marketing
Comfortable multi-tasking under time-sensitive deadlines
Desire to work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented team environment
